Job Requirements

We’re looking for experienced drivers who are ready to hit the road and maximize their earnings:

• Class A CDL: No endorsements needed for pneumatic work
• Clean Driving Record: A history of safe, reliable driving
• Experience: 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (we provide full tank training)
• Availability: Ability to work away from home for 1 week (regional) or 2 weeks (OTR)

Total Compensation Package – You’re Paid for Everything

In addition to weekly paychecks via direct deposit, here’s what you can expect:

• Training Pay: $160/day during 3-4 days of training in Gilmer, TX (flight and hotel covered)
• DOT Inspection Bonus: Earn $200 for roadside DOT inspections with no violations
• Referral Bonus: Earn $200 per month for 12 months ($2,400 annually) when your referral applies and lists your name
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: Earn $500 per quarter ($2,000 annually) by completing safety training and driving safely
• 401(k) Savings Plan: 3% company match—don’t miss out on this free money
• Vacation Pay: Based on annual gross income, with increasing time off as you build tenure

Additional Pay and Reimbursements

• Layover/34-Hour Reset Pay: $200 and a hotel stay (with Dispatch approval)

• Demurrage Pay: $20/hour after 2 hours of waiting
• Vacuum Fee: $61 for loading
• Washouts and Equipment Cleaning: Compensation for tractor and trailer cleaning, with vendor invoice submission
