Regional and OTR Roles Available

We’re hiring 20 professional drivers per month across the Southeast. Depending on your location and schedule, you can choose:

• Regional Role: Drivers near one of our 8 terminals enjoy weekly home time.
• OTR Role: Stay out for 2 weeks and drive long hauls with large, comfortable sleepers. If you need to take a 34-hour reset on the road, we’ll cover your hotel stay and pay you $200.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for dedicated drivers who are ready to maximize their earnings:

• Class A CDL: No endorsements required for pneumatic work
• Clean Driving Record: Safe, reliable driving history
• Experience: 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (we will provide full training on tanks)
• Motivated to Earn: Drivers with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to be away from home for 1 week (regional) or 2 weeks (OTR)

• Training Pay: $160/day during 3-4 days of training in Gilmer, TX (we cover your flight and hotel)
• DOT Inspection Bonus: Earn $200 for passing a roadside DOT inspection with no violations
• Referral Bonus: Earn $200/month for 12 months when a referred applicant lists you on their job application ($2,400 annually)
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: Receive $500 per quarter ($2,000 annually) by completing safety training and maintaining a clean record
• 401(k) Savings Plan: Enjoy a 3% company match (free money!)
• Vacation Pay: Based on annual gross income, with increasing time off as your tenure grows

• Layover/34-Hour Reset Pay: $200, plus a hotel stay with Dispatch approval
